I don’t need a team, can I request only one engineer for a project?

Do the teams work remotely?

Yes, Trio software engineers are located across different parts of the world; our communication with our clients and engineers is so seamless that our engineers are present in the workplace. Check out our Teams page to learn more about some of our exceptional engineers.

Why Trio might not be right for me?

We aim to provide excellent value to our customers and world-class engineers, but we also value the workmanship and the quality of our engineers. What are the payment options?

We currently accept all major credit cards, ACH, bank wires, and PayPal. You can let us know about your preferred method of payment during our introductory call.

How often will I be charged? How are payments and invoices handled?

We typically invoice our clients on a monthly basis, but we offer flexible options. Once we discuss the type of work and what team you will be working with, we can discuss payment and billing options.

Is there a minimum contract duration for a Trio engineer to join my team?

The standard contract duration with Trio is a minimum 3 months. The actual duration may depend on the size and scope of the project, which can be evaluated when we discuss your project goals. To get started, please get in touch with us.

How much does working with Trio cost?

We have experts all over the world, pricing can vary across several factors. We will work with you to find the right price point for your project. Typically, engagement pricing falls into a range of $40-$95+/hour for our software engineers. To know the price for your project, please tell us more about it.

Do you provide an engineer on a part-time basis?

Our developers normally join our partners on a full-time basis. In some cases we can consider clients that are interested in building a long-term partnership that starts with part-time. We’d love to hear more about your project to get a better idea of which time commitment works best for you.

How long does the on-boarding process take?

Onboarding of Trio engineers normally is expected to take two weeks. We take this time to evaluate your needs and business goals to design a project plan. Every project is different and Trio doesn't offer a one-size-fits-all solution, we analyze every project individually and aim to find solutions that are perfect. What experience do your engineers have?

Most of our engineers have years of experience in software engineering, but Trio is also committed to training junior engineers to hone their skills and provide them with adequate opportunities. How soon can Trio engineers join my team?

Depending on the needs and circumstances and what Trio sees as the best solution, it can vary between 1 to 3 weeks. Within this time we will prepare the engineers and integrate them into your project in a manner that won’t interrupt the operations of your company. Where are your engineers located?

Currently, we have engineers in over 10 countries across South America and Europe. Our communication between our engineers allow us to work as if the teams are located in the same office. What happens if there are any issues with my team/engineer or if it’s just not working out?

If there are any issues, we would be happy to work with you to address them, at Trio we pride ourselves on our transparency with our clients and teams. If an engineer ends up not being the right fit for you, please contact us - we are happy to bring other engineers to better fit our clients needs.

If you need to take a break from our partnership or bring it to a close, you need only give us a 30 day notice.

Can your engineer come onsite?

Trio works as a remote company and most of our engineers are abroad. If being onsite truly is a requirement, we can work with you to coordinate relocating an individual or team to your location for a specified period of time.

How will the team be managed?
